This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. plu77 is required by applicable regulations to verify the identity of all players, and providing false or misleading information is a serious breach of these Terms that may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your plu77 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any other person. plu77 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. plu77 is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification on all accounts. You may be required to submit government-issued identification (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, or driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Accounts that have not completed KYC verification may have withdrawal functionality restricted until verification is complete.
plu77 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are as displayed in the plu77 cashier at the time of the transaction.
All player funds deposited into plu77 accounts are held in segregated accounts separate from plu77's operational funds. This means that your deposited funds are protected and are not used for plu77's business operations. In the event of any insolvency or financial difficulty affecting plu77, player funds held in segregated accounts are protected.
Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification and compliance review. plu77 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within the timeframes displayed in the cashier. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within minutes of approval during business hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving bank.

plu77's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your plu77 account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
plu77 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. plu77 makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for a particular purpose.
plu77 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable Philippine data protection laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). By using the plu77 Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
plu77 will not sell, rent, or otherwise transfer your personal data to third parties except as required by law, as necessary to provide the Platform's services (including payment processing and identity verification), or as described in the Privacy Policy.
